Cancellation conditions for bookings up to 3 rooms

14 days before arrival: guests become a full refund of the deposit paid.
7 days before arrival: guests become a 50% refund of the deposit paid.
Less than 7 days before arrival: guests become no refund of the deposit paid.

No show means no refund of your deposit paid.

The following cancellation conditions apply to groups (4 rooms or more)

30 days before arrival: guests become a full refund of the deposit paid.
14 days before arrival: guests become a 50% refund of the deposit paid.
Less than 14 days before arrival: guests become no refund of the deposit paid.

No show means no refund of your deposit paid

In case of no full refund, guests have the possibility to exchange their deposit for somebody else, in order not to lose the deposit amount they paid for. Guests have to provide the details of the new guests’ names and contact details.
Names and dates can be changed according to availability.

In case of non-refundable bookings, no refund will be possible. The flexibility of cancelling has been bought off with an extra discount.

This cancellation policy relates solely to onira.gr, if not stated otherwise within this document.
